A non-exclusive license is ideal for small production. Other businesses can use the same design for their own products.
Exclusive
An exclusive option is specific to your product category type. It is more costly but gives exclusivity on the design during the duration of the license.
I don’t offer buyouts.
Payment Options
Flat Fee
Licensing cost is usually paid annually. Annual renewal prompts a new fee.
Royalty / Commission
10-25% of the retail price is typical cost of sold products. Fees are paid monthly.
